/ 01 — PURPOSE

Essential amino acids cannot be synthesised by the body and must be supplied through the diet. They are fundamental building blocks of proteins and are involved in normal protein synthesis, tissue maintenance and metabolic processes. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal amino acid metabolism and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism as well as the normal functioning of the nervous system. This formulation provides a complete essential amino acid profile to support daily nutritional intake and normal physiological function.
