PURPOSE
This formulation combines nutrients involved in metabolic pathways regulating the sleep–wake cycle. L-tryptophan is metabolised into serotonin and subsequently into melatonin, key molecules in the regulation of circadian rhythms. Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function and participates in enzymatic processes involved in neurotransmitter activity.
Together with inositol and lemon balm extract, this formulation supports the metabolic mechanisms underlying normal night-time physiological regulation.

Take one serving of 2 capsules per day with a glass of water at bedtime.
